I once have heard a message: it is said that if everyone’s standard of living on the earth become the same as American, the resource which the earth expends will become 60 times of nowadays.

So, it is easy to understand why people still live a pool life in south Africa. Western Countries and the only super power will not help others to reach their standard of living. The whole energy on the earth is limited, however, the developed country(which only take a small amount of population of the world) expends about 60% to 70% amount of the whole energy. If the developing countries take more, they will get less.

Their is no fable of western democracy, their democracy is just for them to live better lives and for developing country to live pooler lives. The whole fable they claim cound’t be trust. Even if some people wishes to help or have already helped developing ones, the policy of their government make it unuseful, because the government would not let their people loss “democracy”!

If China want to develop, she can only acount on herself!
